Since 1966, Athletes in Action has been using sports as a platform to help people answer questions of faith and to point them to Jesus.

Our vision is to see a day when there are Christ-followers on every team, in every sport, in every nation.

Our mission is to build spiritual movements everywhere through the platform of sports so that everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus.

Local Mission & Vision

We are trusting God to transform and develop the character, leadership and faith of student athletes and coaches in Nor-Cal athletic departments so that they will impact the campus, community and world for Christ.

We accomplish this through intentional mentoring and discipleship, small groups, campus and community outreaches and partnerships, as well as through overseas partnerships and missions.

In a culture that looks up to athletes as heroes, we desire to see those heroes looking to God!
